"Thank you for turning our vision into reality!"

We couldn't be happier with the outstanding work done by Tom (Rescom Complete) on our bathroom renovation. We had a small, underutilised space that we wanted to transform, and Tom's expertise truly shone through. From the very first consultation, his professionalism was evident. He listened to our ideas, offered valuable and pragmatic (budget-conscious) suggestions, and kept us informed every step of the way.

Under significant time pressure, Tom skillfully maximised every centimetre of our space, creating a fully functional and beautiful laundry and bathroom that exceeds our expectations. His ability to deliver such high-quality work within our tight timeline was impressive: in addition to workmanship, his frequent updates, clear communication and project management are a stand-out amongst others. The new layout has made such a difference in our daily lives.

We highly recommend Tom to anyone looking to transform their space. Thank you for turning our vision into reality!

"Tommy was able to complete the project ahead of schedule"

I am writing to highly recommend Tommy Demirdjian and his business, Rescom Complete, for the outstanding job they did in completing a full bathroom renovation at our South Kingsville home. Tommy and his team exhibited exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail throughout the entire project. From the initial consultation to the finishing touches, Tommy demonstrated exceptional communication. He outlined all expectations and provided a timeline for the different stages of the renovation. His proactive approach helped us understand the process and ensured that everything went smoothly.

Most impressive of all. Tommy was able to complete the project ahead of schedule, without compromising on quality. His management of his tradespeople was precise and planned to the smallest detail. All tradespeople turned up as planned and the worksite was consistently left tidy and organised.

Tommy's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in his willingness to go above and beyond to address any concerns or requests we had during the renovation process. He always offered solutions and maintained a positive attitude.

We love our new bathroom and have already recommended Rescom Complete to our family and friends, and we continue to do so without any hesitation.

"This was successfully completed in less than a week"

I am pleased to offer the following unsolicited reference for Tom Demirdjian and his company ResCom, following renovation work on my bathroom in February 2024. On 10 February 2024, part of the floor in my bathroom collapsed, leaving a gaping hole and a concern for the underfloor of my 1910 Federation house in Thornbury. I sought help and advice from several companies and finally chose ResCom, mainly because of the helpful and honest approach from Tom Demirdjian, who recognised the urgency of the problem and the need for swift action. The work involved replacing the toilet, vanity and shower, reinforcing and water-proofing the under-floor; and re-tiling floor and walls.

This was successfully completed in less than a week with each tradesman arriving on schedule, due to Tom's excellent project management skills. I would warmly recommend ResCom for this kind of work and am happy to be contacted for further information.

"Both the bathroom upgrades were money well spent"

Tom of Rescom Complete repaired our broken sewer pipe in Essendon. It was an extremely challenging job which needed re-routing the pipe underground and under our rear decking. We were impressed with Tom's work ethic and time management to enable the job to be carried out with minimum disruption. We then re-employed Tom to fully strip and renovate the bathrooms in two rental properties in an inner suburb of Melbourne.

Both renovation jobs came out with a fantastic result. Tom's communication and time management was again excellent. Both the bathroom upgrades were money well spent and finished off with a very high professional result. We highly recommend Tom and his team, his work is of excellent standard and his communication and work ethic is terrific.
